Loan to value / interest rate < 80% Prime + .25*
80% - 90% Prime + 1.25*

90% - 100% Prime + 2.25*

* FLOOR OF 6%.

• Option 1 – line of credit – daily floating rate with minimum payments equal to 2% of outstanding balance.
• Option 2 – fixed rate – up to a 5 year fixed rate note with a 10 year amortization.
• Closing costs $100 Documentation Fee

*An additional ¼ point will be taken off the interest rate with a new checking or
savings account opened and the payments are auto debited (ACH). If they already
have KVB accounts, a ¼ point will be taken off if the payments are auto debited
(ACH) from an existing account.
