The Commercial Loan Officer is responsible for developing and managing commercial loan accounts which meet established lending requirements, and which provide maximum profitability to the bank with a minimum of risk. Support the bank's strong banking culture through on-going customer contact, quality customer service, and superior product knowledge. The incumbent must be able to exercise discretion and independent judgement.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; with occasional functions outside of normal business hours.

The Loan Operations Assistant is responsible for processing and maintaining consumer and commercial loans throughout the life of the loan in a professional, efficient manner.

The Branch Manager is responsible for performing supervisory and administrative functions to ensure the ongoing effectiveness of branch operations. The Branch Manager promotes the bank’s products and services to cultivate new customer relationships, manages the customer service experience, and ensures conformance with established Kaw Valley Bank (“Bank”) policies, strategies, and procedures. The Branch Manager will also control expenses, coordinate the efforts of staff to ensure branch and bank goals and objectives are met, and contribute to the overall strategic plan. The position contributes to the overall growth, stability, and profitability of the Bank and performs all functions accurately to safeguard the bank’s assets.
Schedule: Hours will vary Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 6:00 pm, occasional Saturdays 9:00 am - 12:00 pm.
